Madilynn's SPECIAL day!

Madilynn turns three today....THREE!!!

I cried last week, it is truly bittersweet.
I can NOT fathom how unbelievably fast three years has gone and how much she has grown.
She is no longer my baby, she is my little girl.
I am so excited to see what this year brings for her
and to watch her grow more into the amazing spirit she is meant to become.

I love her with all my heart to Jupiter and back ;)

We had asked M what she wanted to do for her big day sometime ago.
She shouted...
"I want to go to San Francisco!!"

No big party, just a simple lovely day in the city...

*a small side note. Madilynn wanted us to rearrange the furniture last night right before bed.
We had been wanting to do it for some time....so we were very willing!

Pixieland

Tom couldn't get M's birthday off tomorrow,

so we started celebrating a day early!

Ohhh how she LOVES pixieland.

 M's very FIRST roller coaster!! She was excited to go on it. She screamed and giggled with me the whole way through. When we got off I asked if she liked it. She said "Yes!" I asked if she wanted to go on again and she said "Maybe when I grow taller and taller!"

Classic words from Madilynn this past week. I couldn't help but giggle!

Sometimes I couldn't agree more, BUT I didn't :)

We've been working on the word: wrong.

Some things are just wrong. You put your shoes on the wrong feet.

Then some things are just different. I set the table different than you do.

She is beginning to get it, but this was too funny!

Here is M doing Sing Song Yoga. It's a cute DVD that I found on the internet.

Ironic, she has a studio in Grand Rapids. 

Maybe we'll have to stop in when we are visiting family next!
