we thought we'd try something new...

Our COLORFUL Family Tree!

I started out with a blank canvas 

and an idea to make a daily flow/rhythm chart for M.

I had a zillion ideas in my head, and I adored a Tree chart I found on a blog,

but I wanted to make it personal. 

I decided upon a tree where I could use M's hands

as the branches.

Then I figured why not use Mommy and Daddy hands, too!

Needless to say I nixed the rhythm chart because I was making it too complicated 

and I LOVED that my creativity brought me to a wonderful keepsake instead.
